JOB PROFILE:                     Chief Operating Officer

WHERE:                               Popup

 Key Roles:                                                                          

 1.          Managing the operations of the organisation by ensuring that processes and systems operate at the optimum level.

2.          Strategic financial planning – taking responsibility for the budgetary process and monitoring thereof.  Developing business plans for new programmes and ventures.

3.          Financial oversight and reporting – managing financial performance and controls and reporting to the CEO, board of directors and management.

4.          Risk management.

POPUP a Home of Grace
 

POPUP is located in Pretoria – the administrative capital of South Africa, situated in the Province of Gauteng. Since 2000 it has been incorporated into the larger metropolitan area of Tshwane. Although POPUP is situated near the inner city of Pretoria, its beneficiaries come from both the Pretoria and the wider Tshwane region. 

POPUP – The People Upliftment Programme, is a non-profit organisation based in the Salvokop community. POPUP is primarily a training facility providing skills development and training for unemployed and disempowered individuals. In addition to this primary function the organisation also manages a Social Support Services
